Creative Development (CreDev) is an organization focused upon preparing organizations to garner a strategic competitive advantage. As such preparing for the future is a critical component to ensure viability and market share. They do this by helping them develop a long-term plan to prepare them to overcome today’s challenges as they seek solutions for profitability in their future state. As such CreDev focusses on providing services to support organization from a team of highly qualified advisor, consultant, product manager and subject matter expert.
All to often organization are living in the present endeavoring to fix their perplexing problems. CreDev looks to create options develop opportunities to solve these problems. Through the application of innovation, they help organizations transformation to explore opportunities. These advisors leverage their expertise coupled with our team of consultant’s vast experience develop a roadmap for the organization to optimize their potential. This diverse group of individuals outline the plethora of options to capitalize the potential of opportunities to achieve their current and future goals and objectives.
As they say if you do what you have always done you will get what you always got. Thus, CreDev facilitates the process creating a plan to develop potential to ensure organizations are able to capitalize on opportunities by exploring the following three questions:
– WHY do you exist and illustrate the purpose of the organization
(what change do you hope to achieve that can’t be done with existing resources)
– HOW do you foresee the potential of the organization
(where do they fit into the organization/org chart and what support will they receive)
– WHAT specific outcomes do you seek and identify the measures for success
(timelines for milestones and feedback mechanism to assess progress)
By establishing an initial assessment, as to where the organization is to include historical context, they will create a baseline. By characterizing the available options, they can become enlightened as to the options, and empowered to capitalize on opportunities to evolve to fulfil their future goals. It is through this process that organizations can optimize the opportunities.
SENIOR ADVISOR:
The Senior Advisor will monitor, advise and facilitate the achievement of the vision, ascribe goals, and objectives of their assigned organization. They will provide advise and help develop strategic direction to leverage a multitude of options to capitalize upon opportunities. Their primary focus is to evolve the organization to gain and maintain their strategic competitive advantage.
They provide a holistic perspective to deliver innovation through a well formulated strategy. They will outline operational risk and potential benefits to be derived from a multitude of diverse roadmaps that facilitate achieving the objectives of the organization. To that end they will provide insight to the strategic plan, operational roadmap, and developing an implementation program.
Thus, they will be focused on those action to build and cultivate current capabilities and serve as a catalyst to create and implement policy that drives and delivers transformation. They will identify the quintessential collaboration essential to advocate, resource, and implement the operation objectives that achieve the ascribed vision for the future of the organization.
TRANSFORMATIONAL CONSULTANT:
The transformation consultant will clearly and succinctly outline both the AS IS and TO BE state for the organization they serve. They will expertly develop a programmatic roadmap to evolve the organization to facilitate solving not merely fix problems by optimizing on mission effectiveness that produce value for the organization.
Through extensive research and data collection, they will formulate a concise perspective they will leverage their extensive expertise, experience and business acumen to provide an objective perspective to align and leverage resource within the existing organizational structure to evolve the organization to achieve their goals and objectives.
They will develop a roadmap that is a catalyst to transformation and prepare business proposals and presentations to identify those steps and identify issues that must be addressed to achieve the ascribe milestones established toward the journey of transformation. They will present findings that outline those actions necessary to achieve the solutions, and provide and plan/program to implement recommendations to ensure the fulfillment of the actions to achieve mission success.
SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT:
As a subject matter expert provides the depth of expertise and breadth of experience to provide a plethora of options to achieve the objectives as ascribed by the organization. Through a multitude of examples helps the organization realize and actualize a vision of how to approach a solution and provides the steps to achieve their goals and objectives.
Through a well formulated plan capitalizes on their skills and knowledge to create a program that implements the necessary programs to process available resources to operationalize the requirements in a way the effectively and efficiently produce results. Then provides instruction, direction and feedback to facilitate a self-sufficient process to ensure the organization is able to sustain those actions to consistently provide the outcomes they seek.
PRODUCT MANAGER:
In this capacity the they are responsible for developing a product for the organization. This is commonly referred to product management and as such they produce a business strategy that specify the operational objectives that illustrate the form and function to be achieve and list those requirements essential to manage the launch of the features that serve the fulfillment of the aforementioned strategic intent.
A product manager considers numerous factors such as intended customer or user of a product and the alignment of the product to complements the organization’s business model. The scope of a product manager varies greatly, some may manage one or more product lines and others (especially in large companies) may manage small components or features of a product. Regardless of the scope and scale, each product manager must be empowered to coordinate collaboration throughout the organization if they are to be held responsible for the business success of the product.
– Project manager: may perform all activities related to schedule and resource management
– Program manager, sometimes known as Technical Program Manager (TPM): may perform activities related to schedule, resource, and cross-functional execution
– Product owner: a popular role in Agile development methodology, may perform all activities related to a self-encapsulated feature or feature set plan, development and releases
– Product marketing manager: responsible for the outbound marketing activities of the product
PROGRAM MANAGER:
A program manager oversees ongoing operations to ensure procedures are followed. Often the implied and prescribed objective to be served is to improve the established process to derive an increase in efficiency. This can be accomplished in many ways by re-engineering the system, re-tooling the operations, or re-assessing serial and parallel processes. Ultimately the goal is to improve performance by streaming processes.
